FOUNDED IN 1996
WE ARE AN FA ACCREDITED CLUB AND ARE AFFILIATED TO HUNTS FA. WE PROVIDE TEAMS FOR AGES 6YR-17YR ALONG WITH WEEKLY DRIBBLERS TRAINING SESSIONS 3YR-6YR AND AN INCLUSION DEVELOPMENT TRAINING SESSION FOR PARA SUPERSTARS WITH ADDITIONAL NEEDS.
WE ALSO RUN A VETERANS TEAM.
ALL OUR COACHES ARE A MINIMUM OF FA LEVEL 1 STANDARD WITH REGULAR DBS AND SAFEGUARDING CHECKS COMPLETED.

As a club Buckden Junior Football club has run successfully for 27 years, With the footballing world changing a lot over those years and especially more over the last 5 years with bringing in more inclusivity we also need to grow and offer more as a club.

About Buckden FC
Founded in 1996, our club has grown into a thriving, community‑driven home for young players, developing athletes, and lifelong lovers of the game. As an FA Accredited Club affiliated with Hunts FA, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and high‑quality football experience for all.

Every coach at our club holds a minimum FA Level 1 qualification, with up‑to‑date DBS and Safeguarding checks to ensure the highest standards of care and coaching.

Our Teams
Dribblers
Weekly football training for ages 3-6. Fun and engaging sessions run on a Sunday morning – a great way to start your football journey!
Junior Football
Our junior teams range from U7-U17 and play in the Hunts Youth League and Cambs League. With mixed and girls teams we have teams at all age groups.
Buckden Owls
Buckden Owls disability team runs weekly throughout the season. Our training is aimed at creating an inclusive enviroment for everyone to play football.
Mens Team
Our Buckden Mens team currently competes in Division 4B of the Cambridgeshire County League on a Saturday afternoon.
Buckden Veterans
Over 35 but still wanting to compete? Then our vets team competes in a league – matches played on a Sunday morning. You never lose it!
